About the project

In-person classes for refugees and migrants

In addition to our online Language Lab, we offer free in-person classes in Barcelona in collaboration with our partner Espai Sense Fronteres.

This community-led initiative supports refugees and migrants through accessible language learning in a safe, inclusive environment. Classes are delivered by volunteer teachers and are designed to remove common barriers such as cost, documentation, or administrative requirements.

Participants can join Spanish or Catalan classes, literacy sessions, and conversation groups, while also becoming part of a supportive community space that encourages connection, learning, and mutual support.
