About Adult Education

Open Cultural Center believes in the power of non formal education for the inclusion of migrant communities. Through the Adult Education project, we are able to equip our staff and volunteers with tools to teach, educate and empower.
The project aims to create learning and training opportunities for professionals and volunteers working in the education of adults, supporting them in developing new skills, building confidence in their practice, and using education as a key tool for inclusion.
With this project, our educators are able to travel to different EU countries to do job shadowings, training courses, teaching assignments in other organisations, in order to exchange with fellow educators and learn new educational practices and methodologies.

The project activities allow educators and organizations to share knowledge, strengthen their capacities and improve the quality of teaching. It also encourages lifelong learning, social inclusion, and equal opportunities, while fostering both personal and professional growth. By investing in education and transnational collaboration, the Adult Education project contributes to building stronger, more connected, and inclusive communities across Europe.
