About CV Workshops

CV Workshops are designed to support refugees and migrants in preparing for employment by strengthening their job application skills. Many participants face barriers such as unfamiliar recruitment systems, language challenges, or lack of access to professional guidance.

During the workshops, participants receive hands-on support to create or improve their CVs, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews. Sessions also introduce job search strategies, digital platforms, and workplace expectations in the local context.

By building confidence and practical knowledge, the workshops help participants take concrete steps toward labour market integration and economic independence.
