About Youth4All

Youth4All is a social and labour inclusion project managed by Open Cultural Center (OCC) in the Moianès region of Catalonia. It is aimed at young people of migrant origin who lack adult role models, primarily because many arrived to Spain as unaccompanied minors.

The project offers 6 to 12 months of comprehensive support, combining:

- Stable accommodation

- Official vocational training

- Development of language and digital skills

- Support for employment and social inclusion

- Participation in community activities and volunteering

- Inclusion in the local area through cultural and leisure activities

With this approach, Youth4All supports young people in building a sustainable future while making positive contributions to the local community.

Project Objectives
General Objective : To promote the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable youth, presenting employment as a viable and dignified life option, while simultaneously contributing to generational renewal.

Specific Objectives
- To design and implement a personalized emancipation plan lasting 6 to 12 months.

- To equip participants with skills and competencies to improve their employability.

- To expand their local network of contacts and social role models.

- To promote the learning of Catalan and Spanish.

- To achieve employment for at least 80% of participants.

- To foster collaboration with local organizations to strengthen opportunities.
