About Labour Insertion Programmes

Open Cultural Center promotes social and labour inclusion through a range of employment and training programmes designed for people facing structural barriers to the labour market. These initiatives combine paid work opportunities, tailored training, and personalised support, enabling participants to build skills, confidence, and work experience in a real professional environment.

Through the Work and Training Programme of the Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) and with the support of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), OCC implements several targeted labour insertion pathways. These programmes respond to different realities and legal situations, ensuring inclusive access to employment for those most at risk of exclusion.

The programmes currently include:

ACOL
Labour insertion for people in irregular administrative situations, providing employment opportunities alongside training and social support.

ESAL
Recruitment, training, and professional accompaniment for people in vulnerable situations or facing difficulties in accessing the labour market.

TRFO Joves
Labour insertion for young people in vulnerable situations, including both those currently under guardianship and young adults who have recently left the care system.

TRANS, DONA i DLLD
Employment opportunities aimed at women in vulnerable situations, trans people, and individuals experiencing long-term unemployment.

This programme is promoted and subsidised by the Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), within the framework of the ESF+ Catalonia 2021–2027 Programme. Through these initiatives, OCC contributes to more inclusive labour pathways and long-term social and economic participation.
